The Pawnee County Economic Development Foundation (PCEDF) is the single point of contact for economic development projects in Pawnee County.
The PCEDF is responsible for the recruitment of new businesses in the areas of industrial, manufacturing, distribution, corporate & regional headquarters, customer service centers, and assistance with other major economic development projects in the county.
The PCEDF focuses on the existing industries of Pawnee County to ensure their continued expansions and retentions. It also works with neighboring development authorities in Osage,Creek, Payne and Noble counties.
The PCEDF works closely with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to attract business leaders and Economic Development consultants through the annual Lt. Governor’s Turkey Hunt.

President
A lifelong resident of Pawnee County, she and her husband sold their insurance agency and now raise cattle on their ranch. Active in many community organizations over the years she continues to work in any way to enrich and improve Pawnee County.
Board Member
A third generation Pawnee resident, he devotes his time and effort to attracting business opportunities to Pawnee. His background as a Software Developer prepared him for creating this website. He is a former Navy carrier based combat Fighter pilot.

Connie manages and coordinates volunteers for American Therapeutic Riding Center. She is also an Ordained Minister who teaches weekly Bible studies at her church and at prison church services.
Board Member
Mary is active in all phases of Economic Development for the city of Cleveland. When not championing a new project, she is busy planning fun filled events for the community.
