The Pawnee County Economic Development Foundation was incorporated on November 23, 1988 by a group of Pawnee county citizens for the purpose of promoting Pawnee County through economic development and supporting the social welfare of our citizens. 

The Foundation is and shall be nonprofit and nonpartisan, qualifying as a tax-exempt organization under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
